Demonology definitely scales the best out of the three, but it's clunky and rather low on usefulness early on.
Rogues and mages are probably the 2 best classes atm, both got very good dps, as well as good burst specs.Rogue are probably the strongest, with both Sub and Combat shining on multiple fights.
Hunters. Black Arrow now ticks every 2 seconds for 20 seconds, as opposed to every 3 seconds for 15 seconds. The total damage dealt by the ability is unchanged. Lock and Load no longer benefits Arcane Shot, nor is it consumed by Arcane Shot.
Priests. Mass Dispel should again prefer dispelling targets that have magic effects that can be dispelled.
If you think frost mages is the best dps class it makes it true considering it's your opinion. By that I mean, it's true that you mean frost mages is the best dps spec. Opinions don't have to correlate with facts, and in my opinion the best dps spec isn't the spec that manages to punch out most damage, but also the spec that got more strings to pull.
Those are Survival Hunter, Arcane/Fire mages, Combat rogues and Elemental shammies.
